FAQ
Questions? We've got answers.
What is a Sirkl?
A Sirkl is a private group for the people you actually do life with: your friends, club, team, or community. Each Sirkl has its own chat, events, polls, and shared photo album, all in one place.
How is Sirkl different from a group chat app?
Group chats are great for talking, but plans and photos get buried. Sirkl gives every group its own chat plus events with RSVPs, polls, a shared photo album, and a calendar across all your groups, with leaders in control of who joins and what members can do.
Is Sirkl free?
Yes, for members. Joining and using a Sirkl is always free. Leaders who create and run Sirkls pay $29.99 per year, which covers unlimited Sirkls.
How do I join a Sirkl?
Download Sirkl and tap Join a Sirkl. Enter an invite code from the leader, or discover Sirkls in the app and join or request to join.
Can I be in more than one Sirkl?
Absolutely. Join as many Sirkls as you like and switch between them in the app. Your calendar shows the events you've RSVP'd to across all of them.
Who can see what I post?
Only the members of that Sirkl. There are no public profiles, no public posts, and no ads. A leader can make a Sirkl discoverable so signed-in people can find it and join or request to join. Chat, photos, and events stay inside the group.
What can leaders control?
Leaders decide who can create events, run polls, add members, and more, with a simple toggle for each permission. Leaders can also remove members and revoke invite codes anytime.
Is Sirkl available on Android?
Yes. Sirkl is available on both iPhone and Android.
How do I cancel my leader subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account. You can cancel anytime in your phone's subscription settings.
